I’m a registered nurse and certified health coach, personal trainer, and nutrition coach — aka, your go-to metabolic strategist.

A Little About Me (Because You Should know your coach!)

I’m 40-something and live on Long Island, NY, with my hilarious husband and two wild + wonderful kids. I’ve recently added “homeschooling mom” to my list of titles, which means I’m now balancing metabolism optimization with grade school math, elaborate + messy science projects, and submitting quarterly reports to the district.

I love the beach, all kinds of sports and outdoor activities (even the ones involving snow), and books — the kind with pages I can smell. I have an insatiable appetite for music, and my playlists are as unpredictable as my dance moves. We love hosting friends and family (good food, good vibes, and me keeping nerdy nutrition facts to myself).

I can be long-winded, but you’ll never feel like I’m not giving you enough of the ‘why’ behind what we’re doing. I’ve never been accused of not caring enough, often stay in touch with my clients for years after we’re done working together and I am NEVER short on passion for helping others get unstuck and thrive.

I can explain mitochondrial biogenesis in detail, but I still can’t fold a fitted sheet to save my life. (Yes, I’ve seen the social media tutorials.)

I can recite all 50 states in alphabetical order in under 20 seconds (everyone needs a useless party trick, right?).

I walk the walk when it comes to health, except that I’m notoriously bad at relaxing … working on it.
