We keep several different kinds of electrolytes on hand for different times. These FlavCity ones are excellent for a low sodium option. These are excellent options for when you’re taking in plenty of sodium but want to balance it out with some of the other essential minerals to help with hydration and cellular function. Grape and Pineapple Coconut are my fav. flavors! One of the coolest things about Flavcity is their ingredient transparency. This is one of my FAV plant-based protein powders. Simple ingredients, plenty of protein, not too many carbs / sugar / fat (so I can customize and add my own ingredients). We use this a lot in smoothies … for me, I’ll usually use 2 scoops for amn easy 40g protein meal.

We add this to smoothies, use in homemade hot chocolate, mix with corn starch for dry shampoo, and just get creative with it. Try this: mash an overripe banana and add some cacao powder for the easiest dessert you’ve ever made.
These are one of my favorite protein bars. Simple ingredients, tasty, filling, and the protein-to-fat-to-fiber ratio is excellent with them being low carb (which means I can just add my own carb in if I want for that snack). Their formulation has changed recently, but I still think their new ones are amongst the better options out there.
This was given to me as a gift from the company. As a vegetarian, I don’t use this particular product but if I wasn’t grossed out by meat, I definitely would!
