It is estimated that only 6.8 % of U.S. adults are currently considered metabollically healthy. Unfortunately, that’s using a generous range of what is considered “normal” with lab work and metrics. Meaning, we can expect that number to be even lower if we were to look at more optimal ranges … ranges that predict excellent health and thriving.

This quiz is set up a bit differently than most. I’m sharing the most important labs and metrics I consider when evaluating my own metabolic health, what being out of range for each would tell us about our body and then the more narrow “optimal” ranges that I’m looking for in myself when I’m thinking about my own metabolic health.
