...this month, I've decided to dedicate to money-saving, lower cost, and free tips, tricks, ideas, and practices that are most influential for those on a health or body transformation journey. Sometimes we can get caught up drooling over the latest gadgets, holistic clinics, treatments, and docs, and expensive technology and lose sight of how much we DO have available to use for free or low cost.
